First off let me just say that Ruth Cardello has gone above and beyond my expectations for this book. As a fan of the Legacy Collection I have enjoyed each book in this series yet I'd have to say Breaching the Billionaire has been my all time favorite. Alethea, headstong and protective to a fault has not had the easiest time being understood by her best friend Lil's family and is determined to spend her life alone and always on guard looking danger and security breaches everywhere she goes, to the dismay of those she cares about. However can one man change that? Marc Stone ex soldier and  head of security for Corsisi Enterprises sees her in a new light and is determined to help her with her relationship with Lil and her family. He is also headstrong and respects Alethea and is going to do everything he can to help her stay out of trouble and get her to learn to trust. Can these two find common ground while trying to protect the Corisi family from a dangerous threat and will Aletha find herself learning to trust and let go of control for once on her life? If you like a story with action, drama, and romance then this is definitely a book you will enjoy!

In this installment of the bluegrass brothers we discover sexy mysterious Cy Davies professions and why he has led such a secret life and only made quick visits to Keeneston.  After deciding to retire and head home to his family and friends Cy literally runs into Gemma Perry, gossip journalist. Gemma having just found out her twin sister was murdered and bad people are looking for files and proof her sister has hidden finds herself in the middle of a dangerous situation . Cy discovers that they may have a common link and convinces Gemma to trust him to help her. Being together and dangerous and intense situations bring these two characters lives  colliding together. Can they stay alive long enough to explore their mutual attraction or will they lose everything to the trouble that's chasing them? Read to find out.

 Well written storyline, Kathleen does a beautiful job of describing scenes and characters while  making you feel at home in Keeneston. Fast paced and  thrilling book that will keep you on the edge of your seat and rooting for the hero and heroine. And as always the presence of all the Keeneston family who of course pop in and out throughout the story.  This is a must read and I recommend it to anyone who likes romantic suspense.

Open your senses and embrace - Blackstone Haven.  

WOW!  Talk about your Power of Attraction!  He was a sexual master who had her at his mercy.  “You’re a dangerous man to my senses, Wesley”  Even though this story started off in an odd way, I was fully pulled in!  I LOVE the creativity and almost what you could call bizarreness to the first half or so, but then once the fog starts lifting, WOW! Just WOW!!  And yes, even though it was a touch crazy in the beginning and I was feeling a little lost, the story was very intriguing and made me want to keep reading to find out what was going on!  I actually went back to read the beginning chapter+ and it gave me a whole new perspective to, of and for the story.  I did find that some questions were left unanswered, the odd part or two that was never really addressed.  However I have a feeling that future books will expand, enhance and build on this one while also pulling us deeper into all that is The Blackstone Legend & Prophecy.  I definitely want to know all there is to know about it and see it further explored.  This is only my second book of Taige's but I am thoroughly enjoying her different writing styles between the two series I have read books in, and the books themselves and am looking forward to reading my way through them all!  This book has a great mix of humor, magic, power, mystery, romance, intrigue, hot wild sex, prophecy & legends, friends & family and more!  The story does flow pretty fluidly giving history while moving forward at the same time.  I was impressed with the characters, finding myself drawn to them from the start.  I love how Taige takes a popular paranormal in natural born witch Peyton and recreates it until it becomes a whole new kind of witch - Taige style!!  And then for that near-the-end part with Wesley??  CRAZY!!!  And more than a little creepy if I do say so myself!  LOL  Of course I LOVE Newton!  In fact I almost stopped reading when I thought that she had...whew!  Sorry!  I almost gave a spoiler!  All in all, this book is worth the read!  With Taige's amazing writing style and obvious wealth of talent, you can never go wrong with any of her books!!

She was his true mate.

Let me make you mine forever.  Ummm, let me think on that for a sec NOT!  Yes, Yes, YES!!!  Only Dante made her feel so alive.  Only Dante made her body ache.  She was created for him.  Holy shite!!!  What a fantabulously hot & sexy story!!!   SOLO TU Mandy, SOLO TU!!  ONLY YOU could write such a fantastically hot & sexy story like this!!!  I am utterly blown away!!  I cannot believe just how much story Mandy packed into this one short!!  Seriously!  There is a LOT of story that is made up in part by friendship, mystery, love, hot sex and some shocking moments, just to name a few.  And just when I thought I had figured something out, BAM!!  Mandy blindsides me again!  The best part?  All of this is written so perfectly & beautifully that is one pawsome & furrific story!!  I love how Mandy is so creative with her paranormal people!  For example, with each vampire, you will find that they have different talents, powers, abilities, history, etc. in each book or series you read.  Same with the shifters.  It adds an extra quality and charm so if, or rather WHEN, you go on a 'Mandy reading bender' you will constantly be captivated, mesmerized, enchanted, spellbound and blown away over & over again!  Of course, that is exactly why Mandy is a NY TIMES & USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR!!  Or in my opinion, THE ONE & ONLY NY TIMES & USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR!  I have read so many of her books and I have loved EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. and this one is no exception!  With her phenomenal talent and abundance of creativity, you know that you will love every short, every novella, every full length book & every series, time & again, for many, many years to come!  Because, Solo Tu, Only You, Mandy, can write the very kind of romance books that I live for!  And in this case, size truly does NOT matter!

He’s yer one true mate. 
Yer the man I’ve been waitin’ a lifetime fer. Yer me one true mate.  Yer a thousand times brighter and more beautiful than any star, m’love.  WHEW!!  Who knew Highlanders could be so sweet & romantic!  HOLY WULVERS BATMAN!!  What an amazingly awesome story!!  I thoroughly enjoyed the first book so when I heard that Selena was doing a second book, I was super excited & couldn't wait for it to come out!  In fact, between looking forward to this book and the fact that this story is so awesome, I read almost the entire book in one go!  Selena sure knows how to write them!  I was captivated from the very start, heck even from the cover, and it didn't let me go until long after I read the stuff on book 3 that is at the end of  this story!  This one is about Kirstin & Donal and is their romance interlaced with a furtastic storyline involving The Pack, The MacFalon people and of course some bad guys.  I have to admit that I was a little surprised at Kirstin & Donal's romance and how it played out!  Of course, I loved it, but still!  What a roller coaster of emotions and adventures!  I don't think that this story lacked for anything!!  You name it, it’s in here.  Everything from romance, hot, HOT scenes & moments, tenderness, mystery, intrigue, deception, love, hate, resentment...and the list goes on & on.  I love how this story flows, you are 'kept busy' but all in a good way.  There is always something going on, but yet it isn't too busy nor does it feel like Selena tried to tackle or include too many parts & pieces, thereby making it an awkward story.  In fact, it is quite the opposite!!  I think it is more than long overdue to say that Selena is a phenomenally gifted author who blows me away with every one of her paranormal stories that I read!  You are taken on this marvellous, magnificent & fantabulous adventure that has so many qualities in it, as well as a lot going on at any given time, that it just pulls you in from the very start and holds you captive throughout, until the very, very end.  I cannot wait for the next one!!  Good thing it will be out in just about 3 weeks or so!!
