This is an emotional story from beginning to end. A breathtaking romance that's been in the making for years ever since Sass was a teen. Reed Shamrock is her brothers best friend and her friend as well but Sass has been crushing on him for over ten years. When Reed's  fiancé is caught in a compromising position with one of his friends Sass and her brother set out to help Reed move on. Problem is this brilliant plan may backfire and leave poor Sass with a broken heart. Can she pretend to date the man she's loved all these years and protect her heart or can this game turn into the real deal. I loved the depth of emotion these characters exhibited, they will steal your heart and have you rooting for their happiness. Friends forever and maybe something more if they can learn to trust each other and their own feelings. Beautifully written storyline kept me turning the pages and anxious to see what happened next. I look forward to reading more from this author as this was my first book written by her and I was very impressed.
